I think 4g of Taurine are really good for me

I think this is doing me good. Schizo-Affective disorder here. I wonder if I could get away with taking 5 or 6 g. Of course they don't study it too much, no one can make a ton of bucks from it.
I seem to be more willing to be active, although my body is still used to inactivity. But the will is there more than ever since my "meltdown".
