Yes.

Before looking, I knew I would find an article like this:

"Cocaine blocks the dopamine depletion induced by MPTP."

Selegiline (l-deprenyl) also prevents MPTP toxicity but I have trouble finding a succinct abstract. Likewise do other MAOIs (such as tranylcypromine) that inhibit MAO-B.
