my gut feel would be to take a daily Centrum or One A Day type multivitamin, and stear clear of merga doses of B6 or any other vitamin, this should supply your physiological needs, without having enough to get you into trouble. The RDI in a Centrum tablet along with what you get froma ehalthy diet should be enough to prevent any subclinical deficiency, but wont be enough to interfere with nardils action.
