Tepi, I read think I read something about the makers of Lyrica being under some pressure for surpressing evidence of Lyrica's side effects.
If this is true, maybe that is why they have refrained from expanding their market by conducting trials to get Lyrica used for other purposes, like SP.
Not sure, though.
It's very different, in my experience, than neurontin. For me, not so great.
