> Yes, I did give up the coffee and the jitters are gone. Yea. Now I am just battleing severe constipation! I've tried prunes, fiber, water, magnisium. I've started taking a laxitive at night. I wonder if this side effect will go away in time or will I have to take laxitives forever? Can't be good for me.

Long term laxatives are -not- a good idea. They just interrupt the natural balance of the elimination process and you can become dependent on them. Then not using them will cause reverse constipation, and continuing could also cause severe diarrhea.

I had some constipation when I took Remeron quite a while back; I used Citrucel. May need to up the fiber in your diet, high fiber cereals, salads, etc, in addition to supplements like psyllium fiber.
