I wouldn't worry...I haven't met anyone who has had an adverse reaction to yeast and MAOIs. Most of the food/Maoi reactions are unnecessary. Still strictly follow the Medication/Maoi restricted combos, however.
The best person to ask is your prescribing Dr., who will probably tell you to try small amounts of the offending food(s)
