Is it possible to stimulate dopamine, norepenephrine, or serotoin without drugs? Are there techniques to do this with thinking? visualisation, hypnosis? Anything? I jsut want some good info, if possible. Thanks

anything brings these " transmitters" alive...
true depression is void of such pleasures..
if you find yourself at a loss of such stimulations...

i have been truly depressed and could feel pleasure???..
sorry off topic...
good or bad .....effects the brain...
exercise..happy meals..sex...thinking of sex..the smell of crayons...
