so the nz law society has only just realised the power they have that they weren't utilising to it's fullest potential...
of simply removing registration from lawyers. by declaring them unfit right when it's time to pay them!
all the complaints that they receive about the conduct of lawyers... instead of simply throwing away the complaint after writing something dismissive (and collecting the filing fee for the complaint)...
they could actually order them to undergo further training before they will even look at restating their qualification. for example.
they could order them to pay some reparation fee to the law society, for example.
they could remove their training altogether if they don't put on a better approximation of happy face for their working so many unpaid hours for the firm pimping themselves for the partners...
so much potential for the growth and developmetn of the law registration authority or body in new zealand!
