I had a midterm today. I get totally stressed about exams. This is my first midterm in 15 years, and I didn't feel at all prepared -- especially after taking the practice exam online and doing not nearly as well as I wanted to.
I'm still ramped up, because I know I can get my results online tomorrow. It's taking a lot of self control not to go check now to see if the results are up early. Yesterday in therapy, we talked about why I can't let it go. Why I walk out of a test, and continue to worry about it, even though there's nothing I can do to change it.
But, one step at a time: I survived taking the test.
