Lyrica with a TCA 'amitriptyline'???? quick Q?

does lyrica enhance the effects the effects of TCAs, does it raise the blood levels??

or does it reduce the effects the effects of amitriptyline (TCA) or lower its blood level??

my diagnosis= agitated depression
