Is there any good program out there to help with brain training? I did a google search and came up with several websites but technical issues (like my pc will not download Flash reader) including security blocks prevented downloading some of them. I'm not trying to overr ride them for security reasons.
Back at the original topic ... do these programs really work in real life AWAY from the computer? I feel a bit stuck in a rut .... Also, hubby is taking part in a research study on cognitive training and I'm curious as to what it's all about. He has a neurological disorder.
