When do people go in to chat

Generally what time are most people in? I'm in the UK, so your early evening is my late evening, but I'm just wondering how late I have to be up to see anyone in chat (presuming most people chat in the evening!)

Hi Cubic,
I go to chat between 9pm and 12pm central standard babble time.

Usually if I hang out there alone for a bit, I can accumulate some other chatters to keep me company. I'd love to see you around some time!
