Meds or symptoms? There is a general level of chaos and background 'noise' in my thoughts today. Clawing my skin sounds delightful. Burning sounds better. I wont expound on that anymore.Neither of these things are uncommon for me, but it's just quite a bit stronger today. I have managed to keep from hurting myself for 10 years, but it's looking iffy today.
Maybe cut out caffeine, more water, more quiet, less work. My wife really doesn't need this.

have you noticed an increase in anxiety?
not sure what meds you're on, could be that their not working (you building a tolerancce to them)please don't harm yourself, try some other 'coping skills'. just ask iif you need some suggestions.
i agree with you, cutting out caffine should help at least a little, i'm terrible on caffine. and maybe your wife doens't need this right now but neither do you. you need to focus on you right now.
just out of curiosity how is your appetite?when the background noise gets to much for me i listen to some heavy harmonic music to drown it out...usually helps when i get pretty bad.
hope you are doing better today.
cares
