helped me come out of my shell. He used to know me about 18 years ago when I took lessons from him. It feels good that someone has noticed the change in me. :) Therapy was hard work, but I am glad I did it. It feels good to feel good for once in my life I like myself too. :)

Yeah, for a musician, therapy is a big thing. I'm a singer and when I started therapy, all these really intense emotions were happening in my sessions, and it spilled over into other areas of life too. Like drama class. My drama teacher said he didn't get too much out of me my first two years of college, and in my third year, that he could see things "pouring out of me." So I knew it was direcly related to therapy. I started feeling the depth of the music and text I was working on. I just became so much more expressive. I'm glad that it's been good for your music, too!
