Hi all, My therapist has been away and I feel much saner being on my own. I have been very busy though. I have been looking for a job, taking care of my mother, and have become involved in having stray cats and kittens immunized and tested for leukemia and feline immune deficiency, and also having them neutered/spayed. When my life is so busy I do not think about my problems as much. I feel well? well. Then I start wondering if therapy is making me worse and less productive. Therapy is soo serious. What do you all think?? Am I deceiving myself? terrics

Hi Terrics,
I know what you mean. Therapy is serious, and you hope to feel better about things past, and current struggles, but sometimes it seems that it keeps too much present, and sometimes it feels like therapy itself makes you feel bad too much of the time.
I'm glad you feel better when you're busy, and you're doing good work with those kitties.
