My first session for ages was today, and it actually went ok. I seemed to be able to talk more than usual - I'm not sure if that was a change in me or just because I had more to say. Hopefully I'll see her 3 or 4 more times before group starts, just so I can get settled back into having to talk about emotions and all that stuff I've been brought up not to talk about ;)
There was only one awkward silence, I think that's a record!
