My question is what conditions have others found helpful in order to achieve goals?
How is it you get unstuck (anxiety, guilt, depression, etc)?

> How is it you get unstuck (anxiety, guilt, depression, etc)?>>For depression, I've dropped everyone out of my life that is remotely negative, mean, unreliable, critical. I've surrounded myself with kind, generous, loving, and PATIENT people ONLY.
My interpersonal relationships are the most influential thing in my life, so I've got to stay on the right track with those. This has helped me a lot. Bad boyfriend - gone. Bad friend - gone. Mean (although doesn't mean it) mom - far enough away not to hurt.

I look for anything to give me new life, to just rejuventate my spirits in general. Going back to school itself lifted me way up (even though of course I had all those doubts about succeeding beforehand- I just had to commit for real).
Also, moving to a cool new city helps get me unstuck, though this probably isn't the best habit (or the best advice obviously).
How are you stuck right now?
