I suffer from chronic stomach pains and my doc has put me on amitriptyline. I have herd it is great for pain disorders.
but i just hate it!! it makes me tried all the time and gives me a headache!! and im only on 10mg!! i need to be on at least 30-50mg to get pain relief!I have heard nortriptyline is less sedating than amitriptyline, is this true?
Does nortiptyline releive pain as good as amitriptyline is supposed too?Has anyone ever tried both and what did you think?
Please help im lost!
