Hi,
My depression seems to be getting worse over time. Does anyone else experience this or is your depression stable (i.e. doesn't get better, doesn't get worse)?
Thanks,
Dave

Hi Dave. I feel bad that you are having such a tough time. Are you on meds? Have you switched lately? My depression has gotten better with therapy amd the right meds.
I don't think it should be getting worse unless you are not being treated fully. I hope you find some answers. Just talking helps though.

Hi Dave,
I feel that my depression is getting worse. For a long time I didn't even realize that I was depressed at all. I seemed more manic than anything. It seems like if it's ignored it doesn't just go away. Possibly it could stabilize - I don't know.
Hope you feel better soon.
