I have been perscribed effexor for the past six months (150 mg) once per day in morning with food. The dr. (GP) recently changed this to three 75 mg daily. No where did it say take three times a day. From what I read says has 1/2 life of 4 hrs. Would seem I should be taking 3 times per day 75 mg at each meal.
I find I'm sleepy during day but at night can't sleep. The Dr. also perscribed Citlopram 2 - 20 mg once a day.
To help me sleep he perscribed Zopoclone 30 mg at nite.
Can these drugs be reacting with each other?
