I just wanted to say hello. I'm new to all of this and not sure how it all works.

The boards can be a bit hard to work out at first, but you will get the hang of it.

Feel free to check out the different boards and respond to peoples threads, or to start your own.

There are lots of different boards with different topics.

I'm not sure what you might be looking for...

The main babble board is where people post questions about medications
And withdrawal questions are posted to the withdrawal board.
There is a psychology board to talk about issues arising from therapy.
A books board to talk about music / books.
A social board if you just want to chat to people
etc etc

And of course you can keep posting to this board too if you like.
