I dunno if this statement was posted before but my T told me something that turned the light bulb on in my head.
He said many clients often tell him they need to work on their self esteem and not do much about it. He then then told me that the advice he gives them and gave to me also is to engage in esteemable acts. Engage in something that builds your self esteem up. start off slow and build and maintain it.
I figure I'd share that w/ you guys if it could help any.

I think it's true. I'm doing it with ebay but my husband is sabotaging my sales I don't know what to do about it as I'm going down hill and he suggested stopping and I did my therapist as she didn't like what he was doing with my stuff on ebay and he didn't like not being able to be in the sessions to rant about how bad I am. But it's a great suggestion. Love Phillipa

sorry to hear of your ebay dilemma. why's your H sabotaging your sales? doesn't he see the benefit of what you're doing? he should be supportive not interfering. but yeah hang in there and hope it works out for you.

glad to meet u as well. I'm kinda afraid to post my real name but if i babblemailed you then I could post it there. but yeah whatever your nitch, if it makes you happy and its on a positive note then go for it! I'd say the house cleaning thing gives you a boost because of the self accomplishment. kinda like guys when they fix their own cars. talk to ya later!

Fayroe he's routed to my computer so it wouldn't do any good. He started it he's the business manager I just found the good stuff to post an incredible nitch as checked the only boutique in Charlotte today talked to owner and she was shocked to find out I had items her rep had suppled her with and I pay a lower price than she does. Boy was she owner angry. Check 252gblake. All the clothes for kids is my work and make sure you click on the item as they are in templets that suit the boutique item. I'm proud of them and so many sales lately. Thanks for caring Love Phillipa
