Better self care, both external, by doing more regular pampering measures, and internal, by playing soothing music, lighting scented candles, and quietly reading, instead of always trying to keep up and and accommodate the outside world. I do think that my internal universe has become somewhat of a desert as a result of not being nurtured.

insomnia reigns supreme.
I just put a holographic topcoat on my lovely manicure. the manicure is preventing the munchies from really settling in.
acne picking is doing well. I found that exfoliating with wet washcloth eliminates a lot of the rough patches that inspire scratching and peeling my epidermis off
one thing I noticed is that spending time ont he computer is a trigger. i sit with my chin propped on my hand and then I get more acne on that side.
I stare at my hands and then I pick more and more.
but it doesn't HAVE to be that way.
