And those Noodle lists!! Just the act of writing them down helped to loosen the grip of anxiety. And today I was able to cross a few things off my list. Plus writing some of the tasks down made me realize that about half of the stuff on the list is OUT OF MY CONTROL. What a wackadoodle I felt like!!
So thank you, dear Llurpsie, for being your list-making self and inspiring me.

it's amazing, isn't it?????
even simple ones, like pop tarts at grocery, get bills together and watch niece for a few hours feels like an accomplishment from a few weeks ago!

.put on makeup for thanksgiving dinner.find an outfit that will accordion to accept my belly
.clean out my purse in anticipation of midnight shopping. YEAH the outlet malls open at midnight!!!
