Has anyone tried Tibetan Buddhist Medicine as a way?
They have actually treated psychological disorders for centuries. Commonly used herbal pills for Anxiety and Depression are Semde, Bimala and Agar-35.
I've used to products from
http://www.siddhienergetics.com/collections/all
and got some decent effects. Is it unallowed to place links in here because I can remvoce it?

AlexanderDenmark,
Thank you for the information and the link. I have not tried Tibetan Buddhist Medicine, but I think it's interesting that they've been using the medicines that you mentioned to treat psychological disorders for centuries.
Which product or products have you found to be the most helpful? What symptoms did the products help with?

> TomatheusHi currently I am experimenting.
My nervous system is unfortunately completely exhausted and damaged from illness and psyc drugs, I am also currently taking Cymbalta which I can't get off without horrible withdrawels. I'm also stuck with some damage that would make anyone want to die which there is no remedy for.
So i'm not the best test subject :)However I have taken Chulen with beneficial effects. It gives deep energy and stamnia. right now I am trying out Semde and Agar-35. They should be in a conjuction with a diet though that supports their action though which includes no caffine, alcohol or cigarettes which is something I havn't ditched while taking these unfortunately. There still is a notable effect on energy, mood and concentration though. and better sleep.

AlexanderDenmark,
Thank you for your reply. I'm sorry to hear about the damage that you've had to endure and about the fact that you've been having a really difficult time coming off of Cymbalta. It's good, however, to hear about the beneficial effects that you've experienced from taking Chulen. Anything that boosts energy is something that I'd be interested in.
I hope that your experiments with Semde and Agar-35 work out well and that you notice even more benefits if you end up quitting caffeine, alcohol, and cigarettes. If you'd like, please feel free to post an update to let us know how you do on the Tibetan Buddhist medicines that you're trying out.
