Please recommend a good brand of 5-HTP

I'm thinking of restarting 5-HTP to complement the L-Tyrosine I'm taking.

I had a cheap-and-cheerful brand before which was a bit inconsistent and disappointing, so can anyone recommend a quality brand of 5-HTP?

Gosh I'm not sure. I think the brands at health food stores are good. Whole Foods Markets I am sure carries a quality brand. Their reputation depends on it, ya know?

The last one I got was Natrol from the local supermarket and it seemed plenty potent and consistent to me. Unlike other peoples' experiences, it wasn't helpful, but reliable in its quality yes.
