Hi...
Has anyone one else had this amino acid urine profile done or heard of it being done? I haven't done mine yet (24 hrs of remembering to pee in a cup), but it does test for amino acids, not neurotransmitters. My pdoc has a strong nutritional background and bias, and since I'm a vegetarian and have been for 25 yrs, in addition to childbirth of 3 kids, which includes a set of twins, she thinks that amino acid depletion may be part of my problem (anxiety, depression, fatigue, suicidal ideation, invasive imaging, insomnia, etc.). She says that if some of them come back low she can order a concoction/supplement. I've already done a saliva test to check for adrenal function and that came back fine. I will let you (whoever's interested) let you know how it goes.

Hi Polly,
I've very interested in hearing the results. I would love to find a Pdoc who considers nutritional deficiencies! How did you find one? Does your Pdoc know more like her?
That sounds great, please keep us posted.
