Neuro Natural Serenity, anyone has tried it ?

Posted by mixu30 on October 18, 2008, at 7:26:34

Hi !

I tend to suffer from depression and anxiety issues. I've been on Lexapro for 2 years but now i am off, changed to alternative suplemments.

Now i am taking SJW, Omega 3 fish oils, 5-HTP and not satisfied at all

In the web i found this information that claim that:

Combining a lot of substances and nutrients accomplish a sinergistic effect (multiplying the effect up to 15 times). This is the approach that i've found in this web, selling his own products, Neuro Natural Serenity is the name of the one that adresses depression and anxiety issues
Here you have the active ingredients and the doses.

Well, they've thrown everything but the kitchen sink in there, haven't they? ;) It's possible that it all may have a synergistic effect. You won't know unless you try it. It's also possible that you may have an unfavorable reaction to one component and then you won't know which one it is. But that would be a lot to try to duplicate adding them one by one yourself. It also looks pretty pricey -- $80/mo, and would a one month trial be enough, or would you need two or more? Supplements are generally not like drugs, in that they may take a lot longer as their effects are often more gradual.

The medical nutritionist in xtend life told me that everything is different but expect results in 3-4months having into account weanned of LExapro. I tried this product for 2 month and didn't get substantial beneffits, so i changed to SJW,5-HTP, B-Complex, Clacium-magnesium that it is what ia m getting now with substantial bennefits.
