I would recommend ArcticPure EPA by Source Naturals. It has a high EPA content (500 mg) and low DHA (90 mg). I have been using it for about a month now and am noticing some positives (better mood, less apathy, less fatigue). I had heard that EPA is more important for mood than DHA, and a supplement with higher EPA is what to look for.
I also found a 0% DHA fish oil capsule called PureEPA sold by Mind1st.com (in the UK). I have bought some but have not yet tried it. I am thinking of alternating between the ArcticPure and the PureEPA.
Anyway, if you haven't been having much success with fish oil, perhaps a supplement with high Ed low DHA (around a 7:1 ratio) would yeild better results.
Just thought I would share that.
