For me, it didn't do a thing. I'm sure it has done something for some people, though. Probably more the ppl with atypical depression than bipolar, though.

It seems to be a supplememt that either helps bipoplars a lot, or causes a lot of problems.
It can be energizing. It works with folic acid to produce SAMe, so if SAMe is/was bad, then this may not be a good choice.
