cant recall it having any when I took it (although that was some years ago now). I'd be keen to hear if it helps you or not though as its something I keep meaning to add to my list of supps to re-try.

It can cause vasodilatation which may induce rash and orthostatic hypotension also known as postural hypotension and head rush (a sudden fall in blood pressure that occurs when a person assumes a standing position)
It may cause fatigue due to its antihistamine effect.
