NADH make anyone nervous or jittery?

Posted by smittay2 on August 29, 2005, at 18:36:46

i just started taking the stuff

day 1 it was incredible!!! 5mg made me have energy and mental balance all throughout the day, no panic attacks or depression

day 2 is today, i feel as jittery as hell...panic attacks, all this stuff... but i feel i need to continue it for my chronic fatigue...

here's what im taking on a daily basis

twin labs multivitamin
vitamin c from ascorbic acid
reishi 5 mushroom from new chapter
two wellness formula capsules from source naturals
acidophilus
CoQ10 from new chapter
panax ginseng
magnesium malate from source naturals
olive leaf - makes me jittery though
garlinase
nadh

my cfs came after the flu in 2003 and it has gradually, minimally been getting better from these vitamins, but when i stop them it comes back full fledge.

what do you guys take for vitamins, supplements, daily??

thanks,
smittay

Hi! i take a multi-vitamin, fish oil capsules, extra vitamin c, and 5 mgs. of nadh!!
the nadh gave me extra energy right from the start also, and i was a bit jittery on days 2-3, but i have been taking it now for 2 month's and have adapted pretty well.
Larry Hoover, who used to post incredibly helpful information here, [i haven't seen him lately] told me to try taking TMG , a supplement you can buy at any health food store with my nadh to help to smooth out that jittery feeling, and it seems to work.

i think you will have less nervousness as time goes on, some people even take 5 mgs. nadh every other day, and find that is effective. i also take 40 mgs. prozac, 25 mgs. revia, and 2 mgs. klonopin as far as my prescribed meds. i hope nadh continues to work for you, sans the panic, it is a great supplement..john

Hi Smittay,

I think you'd get a better response to your question if you posted it on the Alternative Board instead of here. It's more for supplements and natural remedies whereas this board is for prescribed meds.
