Has anyone tried SAM-e with good results?

I cannot say from personal experience, but I have recently talked to a nurse who benefited from Sam-e.
She said she had tried 6 anti-depressants over the course of a little over a year and they all made her feel much worse. She then tried Sam-e and she thinks it makes her depression a little better. Good luck
