Racer,
I am requesting that you post here any reason that you could have to that you have not responded to my notifications here that are outstanding. If you could, then I could have a better understanding of the TOS here in relation to that notifiications as to being responded to by the administration could be responded to by the deputy or not. If the deputy, as in your case, can not respond to notifications, could you post here the reason for that, if there is one?
