Dr. Bob, can you please in the future not tell me about you chatting with/emailing with other Babblers?
I asked Dinah to do the same.
It upsets me when I hear about you chatting with other Babblers and not me.
I just don't want to know about it. I can't handle it.
Can you please keep that information from me?

Sorry about freaking out again. I'm going to read the previous thread about this to feel better. I think you were trying to help me out in it, indirectly of course, by helping the community. Thanks for understanding.
