Is it still possible to determine if that's happening or is this more difficult due to current server technology?

Hey, Glydin.
I was about to post on a similar topic, so I noticed your question. I don't know what changes have been made to Bob's current server technology, so this may be a very ignorant answer, but...
Whatever other changes he's made, Bob can still detect users through cookies and tracking software. If someone uses an assigned or recognizable internet connection or has Babble cookies on their computer, Bob can see that they are *probably* the same person.
Do you think someone is currently using two IDs? I sometimes get that suspicion. Sometimes it turns out I'm wrong, but...
