1. Is it only possible to send babble mail from FAQ? Could a link for a babble form perhaps be placed on each board?
2. I chose to view 2 frames in one window, however everytime I go back in, it's reverted to 1 frame.

There are other ways, too, for example, you could (a) just bookmark the form or (b) click on a babblemail link on a post by someone else and change the recipient.

I may in the future try to make that another personal "setting", but for now, it's determined by URL you go back in with, see:
