Hi Octopusprime,
I can see where it could look otherwise, but I think it was Trucker who was PBCed. It was >> directed to her in the subject line. But instead of carrying over her post, Dr. Bob carried over Emmy's, to instead make the point that he wanted Open to be civil too. Not meaning that Emmy had been uncivil in her post, just using her description of what happened to focus on a point about Open, rather than on Trucker's post. Then after that, Emmy thanked him.
At least that's how I read it! :- )
