An affilliate program could give "T"s a financial reason to recommend "Babble" to clients. Czek out "clickbank" and "clickXchange" for their referral affilliation process. Looks like they keep 10% to 15% of whatever is collected and pass on the rest, distributing funds to the affilliate and to "Babble". In essence, "Babble" discounts the singular value for sake of spreading the base; a bigger pot of money. Even "PayPal" may now have an affilliation component.
Things: ...that affiliate brokers provide is a credit card and personal check cashing "firewall" along with a paper-trail for collections and embursements and curtailments at all three levels of the affillitation. My "dog-and-pony-show" isn't quite up to speed to use this system yet. I wish I had some "stick-time" flying this program. I could point out better the pro's and con's.
Suggestion: as an effort to make this board more self-policing, charge a separate fee for each topic. Example(only): cueing on BHC suggestion to pony up $5/year, that could provide you access to only one topic board. Add as many as you want.
Caveat: DrBob could still block, one topic at a time if you were signed up for many topics.
For DrBob: I can provide the evaluation template to qualify new posters indicating their likelihood of becoming a problem anytime in the next 2 years after arrival.
This is the end of the thread.
