I'm a big 50 y.o. man that cried himself to work the day I read the RN post.
You're a good person that showed very poor judgement that day. The post was cruel beyond words:You just don't say you're dying and even get angry at Dr. Bob for trying to save you. You will come to realize, I hope, that we care here but none of us have room in our lives for that behavior. Especially when everyone of us struggles with it or has lost friends.
Your's isn't a civility problem but a spiritual one.
I wish you luck but, if you hear nothing else I or anyone else says here, do remember this.
We all have made mistakes but your mistake had evil intent.
I'm not trying to put you down; only to hope you can see the ones here that care and forget the rest.

suicidal , unstable people , should not be brought home...didnt you learn from the first overdose a few days ago..what happened to the required 48 hour hold?
