Come on Jack, you're a bright guy; you know as well as I do what would happen if Dr Bob started answering medication questions. It would open the flood gates and he would be spending all of his time answering questions. Further, these types of questions are best discussed on an individualized basis with the patient's pdoc because of the ever present YMMV issue.

Dr. Bob puts a whole lot of volunteer time, talent, and out of pocket cash into this site. I'm thankful to be able to talk to posters like you and others, share links, watch Grand Rounds web-casts, and search the archives. I invite you to join me in being thankful for what we have. (Be thankful in everything).
