Does body weight or biological sex influence the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of psychotropic drugs? Would a given dose have different concentrations in lower and higher body weight individuals? I am interested in this topic but did not find straightforward answers online. Does anyone have any info?

The answer is yes, body weight would have an effect. Medication dose is sometimes given as mg/Kg for this reason (milligrams of substance per kg of body weight)
That being said, very rarely are we precise enough with with our dosing for +/- a few % in mg/Kg dose to be of much consequence.

A big factor (probably bigger than weight) is genetic differences in liver enzymes. This can have a difference on level of drug and/or active metabolites.
Really, unless one is using therapeutic monitoring (say Depakote, lithium or nortriptyline) the dose should not be a specific target IMHO. Some people do well on low doses, some need higher doses.
