Hey, Meds Board,
I haven't been around much since about '03, but the monster in my head is waking up so I thought checking in would be a good start to feeling less alone. My beloved partner and former Psycho-Babble board member known as Dayworks passed away in August. I've been trying really hard to hang in there, med free for now, except for clonazepam for anxiety, and pain meds for a fu*king broken hip, but I'm having more and more depressive times and started feeling suicidal (no plans for it). Just sort of easing back in here. I'll be around...

When I am suicidal I google my suicidal thoughts. I often find solace in the results. Also, I think a low dose of Lithium helps with suicidality. Kind of like a supplement. You don't need prescription doses for that. At least that has been my experience!
