Hi, I'm thankful for your ginger root suggestion for substance p. Only 650mg of organic powder tid along with gabapentin which also reduces calcium efflux thus decreasing sp release added to the lithium I was taking has destroyed most of my negativity, without making me hyper or high as I became on other anti-depressant treatments. I get a very nice feeling of contentedness and happiness also, something that I never get easily even as placebo effects. I had cut down risperdal antipsychotic tablets greatly since many days and since two days stopped it. I did not get an ounce of irritability that I get instantly on lowering risp, a very good sign. Maybe these three drugs I'm taking hit the final nail on the coffin.
My BP is absolutely normal, that's fantastic, though I'm not getting good sleep but I think that might take a while to regularize as I have become dependent on risp since 13 years.
I feel I would like to try out something natural, herb, spice, or safe pharmaceutical supps anything to lower vasopressin activity this time. I think it might provide added benefit in releasing away the subconscious low-level anger at the world (my ptsd hypervigilance and arousal) and make me even more relaxed and socially even better and better.
Vasopressin receptor 1a blocking drug SRX-246 is aiming to be a first official anti-IED/PTSD antiaggressive drug.
Anything you know of that's very safe and provides sustained inhibition or can find out for me if you have time?

Hey,
Yes, I think of ginger root as a mood stabilizer, neuroprotectant with some AD qualities.
As far as vasopressin, off the top of my head I'm not sure.
If I come across something, I will post.
