http://healthyeating.sfgate.com/can-much-vitamin-b6-vitamin-b12-6060.html
i was googling the max doses for the b vitimens, too much b12 is safe it just flushes out of the system, but if you take higher than 100-200mg daily there is health risk for nerve damage, so keep the daily dose of b6 below 200mg

I take the 100mg sometimes in the day because i googled that b6 helps the synthisis of serotonin production, but sometimes b6 makes me irrtible, ill take it and start feel a unpleasant energy.......
but i've taken above 200mg in the past, when i was teenager, it gave energy but for some reason it just....yea made me irrtibile. It's diffrent with other people, some can tolerate and benefit from it's biosynthesis of serotonin.......

Funny I was told to take it when young for PMS as also natural diuretic. Never knew of the serotonin link thanks. Phillipa
