Hi all
Has anyone heard anything of Alordine (PH94B), which seems to have some potential for the treatment of social anxiety.
Apparently it's going into Phase 3 trials, so how long should we expect to wait to see it on the market?
They also have an AD in development called PH10.

Sounds interesting.
"It works by mimicking pheromones, the chemicals that animals use to communicate alarm, sexual readiness, and other messages to each other."

Best social anxiety combo ive ever seen in my life was ghb,low dose klonopin and a mow dose stimulant.Bnezos cover gaba a for anxiety, ghb covers gaba b for social avoidance and dopamine from low dose stim helps you to be more open and outward. Its an impossable combo to get i know but its the only one i seen work wonders literaly

After reading the article, this is what I came away with, those who took the drug instead of the placebo were already 4% less anxious before speaking publicly. After the group that received the drug, they were 14% less anxious than the placebo group. Are you kidding me, this drug only improves your anxiety by 14%? I have officially given up hope. The last two drugs that were supposed to help me were Suvorexant and this drug. Suvorexant has been hyped up as the next blockbuster drug even though one study showed that it only helps you sleep for 15 minutes longer on average and makes you fall asleep a few minutes earlier.

Don't be so quick to lose hope.
I think that one would have to know how statistics are compiled in these studies in order to evaluate the numbers that were reported. I don't know enough to help you with this, though.
