Since anti-depressants and benzodiazepines don't work for the above symptoms, I've been thinking about trying a mood stabilizer.
The best success I've had to date as far as anxiety goes was Neurontin, but 1200mg at night caused significant cognitive impairment and personality deficits which a stimulant didn't amend.
I've also tried Depakote, but just felt kinda flat/stupid/yuck on it.
Which would have the best profile as far as cognition/anhedonia goes? Keppra looks interesting and is the one I'm mainly interested in; phiddipus has recommended it, but there doesn't seem to be too much information on it for anxiety ..

Lamictal or Lithium is a good classic mood stabilizer im on 400mgs of lamictal....i've been ripped off stimulants, so just juiced my brain up with hardcore stablizers to make me not all over the place....i take zyprexa and lamictal for slowing of thoughts.....it does work and you feel a bit relaxed passive....
but let me think, there is Lyrica which is similar to Nuero, but it can cause a mild euphoria, but if you add lithium with or lamictal to lyrica it will calm down hyperactive nerves....check it out
