So 4-5 shakes a day....no food, maybe soup and water and cystal light.
The shake I got has TONS of amino acids, tyrosine, dl phenyanline, all that stimulant like stuff....so this should be a good energy source, all what I need, all liquid. It's just being without food is going to be misesrable...

One tip RJ - take a fibre supplement (Metamucil or Citrucel) twice a day, because these liquid diest have no "bulk" to them, and they can turn your insides into cement

One thing I did learn over all the years is eat things in small portions and you will lose weight. Phillipa
