Hi, all. I've been on sertraline at 200 mg for approximately four months but about two and a half weeks ago I switched from generic to the Zoloft brand and noticed a significant difference in my mood but nowhere near remission. During the switch I also experimented with a Ritalin trial but the only effect I noticed was substantially increased blood pressure. Anyway, my question is should I wait 6-8 weeks to assess the full efficacy of the brand change as I would with a dosage increase before considering augmenting with either lithium or wellbutrin or is 3 weeks sufficient to see whatever improvements I can expect from the brand change? Thanks to anyone who can provide
