I'm overcoming my problems and I find I'm not hyper vililant any more. so this is what it's like to be normal. It's great, things that only made it into my perifical now make it into my vision. Now I can make decisions quick and easy now, I can use my sences now and can judge situations better and I can handle lots more stress. I can switch tracks from one task to another and be able to return to the unfinished task and finish it. I never was able to handel more then one thing at a time before. Spelling still escapes me but I can misspell faster now.

What did you do? Therapy, medication?
Ive been in therapy for many years and still suffer many debilitating effects from PTSD.

I think menopause may have something to do with it, therapy with the right therapist, a doctor who take my imput on medication and vitimins. I gained back the delays of permature birth. I don't know what to credit. I use to feel so alone but now I'm never all alone cause I have myself.
